...,finally!

It worked the way you described. The only problem was to do some things in the java.policy file of the JVM.

1st insert:
grant codeBase "file:/e:/lotus/-" {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
};

//e:/lotus/... is the data path which contains the Java code

2nd insert:
permission java.util.PropertyPermission "proxySet", "read,write";

Then I needed to reboot in order to re-initialize the JVM...
